In Employees’ Personal Development Groups, participants are given the opportunity to process their personal and professional experiences or difficulties and seek solutions. The topics discussed in the groups are planned by the Counselors-Psychologists according to the needs and goals of each business.
By exchanging experiences in a context of safety, acceptance and understanding, each member and the entire team:
- Strengthen their self-observation and self-awareness skills, as well as their self-confidence and self-esteem.
- Improve their interpersonal relationships and their communication with the important "others" in their lives (parents, partners, spouses, children, friends, colleagues, etc.).
