The phenomenon of gender-based violence takes place daily worldwide. "Gender-based violence" refers to violence directed against a person on the basis of their sex, gender, gender characteristics or sexual orientation and includes acts that cause emotional, physical, mental or sexual harm or suffering, threats of such actions, coercion and deprivation of the person's freedom. This is a phenomenon that in the vast majority affects women and LGBTQI+ people.

Although, when the duration and intensity of these emotions are at high levels and we can’t manage them, depression begins to appear. Despair and abandonment have a dominant role in the person’s daily life.
Burnout is a syndrome of physical and mental exhaustion, in which a person is overwhelmed by feelings of stress and loss of interest and any positive emotions. The person is not satisfied with their work, forms a negative image of himself and is unable to deal with problems that arise.
Why is it that when we fear something strongly, it ends up happening? Are we & unlucky or do we also play a part in it? Since we don’t believe much in the luck factor, the latter is usually the case. Often, a bad scenario, an unpleasant image or negative characteristic comes to mind so strongly that we end up turning it into a reality through our actions.
